Online Booking Portal
Use our Online Booking Portal to request and book your appointment. New and existing patients are able to book/request appointments. For new patients, you will be asked to register. Existing patients log in with your username and password. You will select the type of procedure you are requesting. Next, select our location. A list of available times will be displayed. Choose the best timeslot that fits your schedule and once submitted your appointment is booked. If you receive an error message, there is not enough time for that slot and you will need to select another one.
No Show & Cancelation Policy
Scheduling Fee
To confirm your desired appointment, a $75 fee is required at the time of booking all procedures to guarantee your reservation. If the appointment is kept, the deposit is applied to the cost of the appointment/procedure. If the appointment is missed or no-show, the $75 deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to the cancellation fee (unless 48-hour notice is given).
Cancellation Fee
$75 fee for less than 48-hour notice to change or cancel.
No-Show Fee
$75 for no-shows.
Late Policy
Out of respect for our clientele and providers’ schedules, treatments for clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be honored at our discretion.
